Cancellation Policy
A $30.00 cancellation fee will be imposed upon ANY cancellation. Cancellations PRIOR to June 30, 2005 will receive a full refund (less the $30.00 fee). Cancellations after June 30, 2005 will be refunded if and when the room is rebooked (Note: To date, all cancellations received in 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 have been refunded).
